Overview

The fully restored and originally Slovene furnished holiday cottage "Zagmestri" is standing on a gentle slope of the mountain Savinja. The house has a magnificent view over the valley and is designed for use by 4 persons. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room with an original bread oven, stove and satellite TV with radio and a large hall. For a small child there is an extra bed available. Around the house there are several places to spend the day, enjoying the sun. Everything is on one floor. At the entrance there is a wide staircase with two steps. There is ample space to park your car. A wonderful spot to begin exploring the Savinja Valley.

Cleaning costs: € 40. Tourist tax € 2.00 per person per day. Children €1,00

Low season: € 300 from 05-01 to 27-04 and 28-9 to 21-12
Mid Season: € 350 from 27-04 to 29-06
High season: € 450 from 29-06 to 28-09 and 21-12 to 05-01-2012

In the Mid and the Low Season you can arive on flexible days.

Surrounding area

The town of Ljubno with a supermarket and several restaurants is within walking distance of the holiday cottage. The supermarket in the village is open until 19.00 o'clock. In the nearby restaurants you could eat a delicious meal for a small price. Restaurants are generally open until 22 'o'clock. Local trout from the river Savinja are a delicacy. There are two large supermarkets in Mozirje, with an international selection, TUS and Hofer (Aldi). All supermarkets are open on Saturday until 20.00 o'clock and on Sunday morning.
For a refreshing swim, you can try the clear waters of the Savinja. For those who prefer warmer water, there are several swimming pools and thermal baths in the vicinity. Attractions like Sneznajama (snow cave), the mining museum in Velenje and the Natural Logarska Dolina are easily accessible from the cottage.

Location

The cottage is located in the Savinja Valley, a 10 min walk from the town of Ljubno. Thanks to its central location, Ljubljana and Maribor can be reached by car within the hour. The nearest town is Celje.
The nearest health center is in Mozirje, with English- speaking doctors. The nearest hospital is very modern and is located in Celje, a 30 minute drive by car.
